W.M. (Pim) van Rossenberg, LLM, born in 1958, studied law at Leiden University, after which he was sworn in as a lawyer at Rotterdam in 1983.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
From the very start of his legal career he has been working in the transport and transport law sector. After being a partner with another law firm for a number of years, in mid-2001 he formed Van Rossenberg Advocatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pim van Rossenberg is a member of the Netherlands Transport Lawyers Association, the Netherlands Maritime and Transport Law Association (NVZV), the International Association for the representation of the mutual interests of inland shipping and Insurance and for keeping the register of inland vessels in Europe (IVR), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the German Transport Law Association (DGT). Pim regularly lectures on subjects of transport law and is also the co-author of the German publication \u2018Kommentar zur CMR\u2019.
